The Pink Ribbon Program® is a post-rehabilitative exercise protocol taught by Certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, Katherine Campbell. The program was created by an exercise physiologist who is both a Pilates instructor and breast cancer survivor. The Pink Ribbon Program® is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors. The Pink Ribbon Program® will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing survivors to improve range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery and any adjuvant treatments and reconstruction surgeries. This program is suitable whether surgery was recent or years ago, and it accommodates all fitness levels. The Pink Ribbon Program® will help reduce feelings of depression, improve self-confidence and control, help regain strength and mobility, enhance energy levels, improve sleep, reduce stress and tension, and enhance physical and mental well-being.
