Private sessions are a great place to start or stay and are totally customized just for your needs. The instructor will complete a Posture Analysis and review your New Client Information and Health History form with you, then choose and utilize Pilates apparatus including the Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, Barrels, and mat for your most effective workout. Private sessions are the best way to learn the Five Basic Principles and Essential level exercises, establish your breath and personal pace, build stability, mobility and strength, and deepen your mind-body connections. For some clients, either those with physical limitations or those working at the advanced levels, Individual Appointments are the most fitting way to learn at an appropriate pace. Expect to receive detailed explanations, hands-on corrections, and a variety of exercises picked to align your body for maximum results.
Most of our workshops or small group class formats are available as content for Individual Appointments.
Private clients are also eligible for Open Studio privileges. Prerequisites apply.
