We invite you to become part of the community at our special studio. We believe our Pilates, MELT® Method, and other wellness activities are beneficial for everyone. The staff at Springs specializes in providing a welcoming, educational, and uplifting experience for all fitness levels, ages, and health conditions. Get the expert attention and customized programming you deserve in our intimate classes and personalized individual sessions.
We are just like you at Springs: moms, dads, neighbors, friends, co-workers, teens, and even great-grandparents! We are everyday people exercising to improve ourselves or recover from illness or injury. We are senior citizens improving balance and strength to avoid falls, or learning ways to manage chronic pain. We are teens or athletes who want specific ways to perform better at our sport. We are people with serious neurological or physical conditions that need skilled guidance, patience, and positive motivation to continue functioning at the highest level possible.
At Springs, we will sincerely and happily help you discover and achieve better well-being in a gentle, supportive, and non-judgmental manner.

New? Get Started
We want to get to know you, so all new students to our studio must attend a Pilates Primer session. One of our friendly instructors will meet with you to identify your goals and create the right program for you. The Primer is a 55-minute Individual session offered at a discounted rate. New Client Specials are available after the Primer session to get you started in Pilates and MELT® Method classes or Individual sessions.
