Small Group Classes
Our Small Group classes are just that: small. We limit semi-private reservations to four students in our reformer classes, six in our mixed apparatus/circuit classes, and eight in our mat classes. We want to clearly view and interact with each participant as much as possible so we can give you the personal attention and hands-on corrections for the most efficient and effective Pilates session.
